Montego Bay City Highlights

Your tour begins by seeing the sights of the second city and tourist capital of Jamaica. Your guide may take to a view point that overlooks the famous "hip-strip" and cruise ship port. You may drive along rose hall for more adventures (see Rose Hall tour). Visiting the hip strip is a must when doing this tour. This is a long stretch of road and the tourist hub of the city. You may enjoy a drink or some food at any of the restaurants that line the street. Swim at any of the beaches or buy craft and souvenirs from any of the stores along that roadway. However, if you want to have a more authentic vibe of the city, ask your guide to take you into the town area. There you will be met loud sounds of the vehicles or music from the several stores or road side vendors. You will meet the vibrant personalities of the locals and may also enjoy some Jamaican jerk from the roadside vendors. Whatever your personality, you will have a great time here.

Falmouth Jamaica

In the earlier days, this town was considered the "Paris of the West Indies". During the 1700s Falmouth was trading hub and trendsetter for the rest of Jamaica and the Caribbean. After the demise of sugar in the late 1800s, the town began to decline. In its wake however, left is the largest collection of Georgian style buildings in the world. And due to its rich legacy, Falmouth has been declared a World Heritage Site. Falmouth is still home of one of the largest piers on the island and welcomes visitors. Take a walking tour around this town, interact with locals or ask for a guided tour where you will learn the rich history of what was.
